Use Otofi from Claude and ChatGPT

Otofi has an MCP server. Connect your AI assistant to your Otofi organization and work with your leads, queues, and playbooks in plain language -- "Show my hot leads from Otofi" -- right from the chat.

How to connect

Server URL

https://api.otofi.io/mcp

Otofi isn't listed in the Claude or ChatGPT app directories yet, so add it as a custom connector.

Connect Claude (web or desktop)

  1. Go to Customize -> Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it under Organization settings -> Connectors.
  2. Name it Otofi, paste the server URL, and click Add.
  3. Click Connect, sign in with your Otofi account, choose your organization, and approve access.
  4. In a chat, enable Otofi from the tools menu and ask something like "Show my hot leads from Otofi."

Connect ChatGPT

  1. Open Plugins -> + -> Add custom MCP server.
  2. Enter the server URL (including the /mcp path) and set authentication to OAuth.
  3. Select Create as a plugin.
  4. Check that ChatGPT discovers the server's tools (for example list_leads).
  5. Install the plugin, sign in with your Otofi account, choose your organization, and approve access.
  6. Open a new chat, select Otofi using @, and ask about your Otofi data.

You stay in control

One organization per connection

You choose the organization when you approve access. Connect again to use another one.

Your account, your permissions

Each team member connects with their own Otofi sign-in. The AI app acts only inside the organization you approved.

Disconnect anytime

See and remove connected apps under Profile -> Connected apps. Access ends within 15 minutes.
